Once order is processed, shipping can take approximately 2-5 business days. Once Demure D'Or has shipped items, a valid tracking number will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase. DURING SOME SEASONS orders MAY take up to 7-14 business days before you receive it.

Demure D’Or will not be held accountable for any lost orders once they have been processed and shipped. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered, and you did not receive it, contact your local United States Postal Service. Demure D’Or is not held accountable for packages that have been signified as delivered or as untraceable. Also not responsible for any damaged hair that has been in your possession for more than 7 days. Also not responsible for any worn hair under any conditions.
